My old style Modem, also a Zoom threw up a message about the driver not being Microsoft digitally signed, etc but at least it still worked. This Modem appears to install but then on checking in Device Manager, the problem shows up. I have written to Zoom, meantime I shall try the Voyager 105 USB Modem supplied with the Broadband package instead. This self-extracting file contains driver version 7.12.05 for use with Windows XP and 2003 Server as well as Windows XP & 2003 Server systems with hyperthreading processors. Instructions are included. Note that you must uninstall any previously installed Zoom USB drivers and NetWaiting applications.

If you are using the V.92 Modem-on-Hold feature, you will need to download and install NetWaiting 2.5.5. You must first remove any previously installed versions of NetWaiting. This can be done through the Add or Remove Programs control panel.

Please Note: If you ran the USB Modem setup from Zoom CD PN: 289-00177-A or later, you already have the latest driver and NetWaiting versions for Windows XP.
