Instructions are included. Note that you must uninstall any previously installed Zoom USB drivers and NetWaiting applications.

If you are using the V.92 Modem-on-Hold feature, you will need to download and install NetWaiting 2.5.5. You must first remove any previously installed versions of NetWaiting. This can be done through the Add or Remove Programs control panel.
